We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your parcel, as long as items are unused and in their original condition.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
All of our stock comes from registered toy suppliers in the UK. If an item arrives faulty, we can arrange a return, replacement, or refund, provided it's in original condition. If a fault develops after the return period, we're unable to accept returns, but we'll direct you to the manufacturer's faulty product return form.
