All orders are dispatched on Mondays or Fridays.

Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email once your shipping label has been generated.

Delivery Estimates

• UK: 3–5 working days (depending on the service selected)

• International: 5–9 working days

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Reddy4Trains is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and we have already purchased the shipping label, you will have two options:

• Pay the cost of a new shipping label so your order can be sent to the correct address.
• Cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel your order after the shipping label has already been purchased, the cost of the original shipping label will not be refunded, as this expense has already been incurred due to the incorrect address provided at checkout.

Reddy4Trains cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Customs & Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
