Small Die-Cast characters are released by Mattel/Fisher-Price in rotating assortments, which are updated approximately every three months. As a result, character availability may change over time, with some characters becoming unavailable while others are introduced into new assortments.
Wave 1 (Available Now): Thomas, Percy, Rosie, Diesel, Troublesome Truck, Toby, and Harold.
Wave 2 (Coming August 2026): Flynn Jr., Charlie, Whiff, S.C. Ruffy, Salty, and Thomas Variant 1.
Please note: Main characters such as Thomas and Percy are typically included in every wave, while supporting characters may come and go between assortments. Mattel does not distribute these engines individually; they are supplied as part of the assortment, so we stock what is included in each wave.
Each assortment box contains varying quantities per character — popular characters like Thomas may come with 2–4 units per box, while others are included with just 1 unit. This means that high-demand characters supplied in smaller quantities may be difficult to keep in stock, so we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your parcel, as long as items are unused and in their original condition.
All of our stock comes from registered toy suppliers in the UK. If an item arrives faulty, we can arrange a return, replacement, or refund, provided it's in original condition. If a fault develops after the return period, we're unable to accept returns, but we'll direct you to the manufacturer's faulty product return form.
