🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.

  • To start a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

  • In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
