Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if applicable.

International Returns
